Through a set of postures and breathing exercises, Yoga aims to bring physical and mental well-being, even spiritual. The benefits of its practice are very positive and are felt in everyday life. There are 3 main categories of Yoga:

  • more dynamic yogas such as Asthanga and Vinyaza
  • more static yoga like Iyengar
  • Hatha yoga which interests us and which is gentle and intended for older people.
